It’s been a while since I posted and I apologize for that. I have been extremely busy at work. For those of you who don’t know I work for a company that is involved in the trade show industry. We produce custom, modular, and portable trade show booths that are used throughout the convention industry. Currently a fair amount of clients are attending the upcoming Natural Products Expo in Anaheim. After the show things should calm down a little bit. I would recommend attending this show if you’re in the Anaheim area this coming weekend. The show is a launching pad for new and healthy food products that will be released to the public market within the next coming year.
As a side note, I have been working on a new website design for sandiegosignprinters.com. The website content will be dedicated to signs and graphics prints. Currently the website is in the beginning development stages but I think it should be completed within the next two weeks. I also created a blog for the site that can be found at http://www.sandiegosignprinters.com/graphics-blog/. The blog will have useful information and updates about products and service offerings. Even with the slow down in the economy the company I work for (knock on wood) has managed to stay busy. As stated in one of my past posts, I have been working on updating Exhibe Portable’s trade show displays website and the major updates are almost completed. There will always be a need for fine tuning and minor changes but we are hoping the new design will have a positive impact amongst our visitors.
I have also been working on and creating articles to boost our online marketing efforts. These articles have been submitted to online article directories. Once published the article serves two purposes, a well written and informative article will create viewer ship and traffic. In addition to the traffic, you’re able to put links in these articles. Once indexed, these links will provide your website with related back links. Provided below are links to some of the articles that I have produced. This past week at work has been really busy in fact I worked through the weekend to upload the changes that we made to the company website at http://www.exhibeportable.com/. Essentially we overhauled the old website and created a new fresher looking design that allowed for product expansion. The design was implemented with the end users in mind. Our goal was to make the website as user friendly as possible and present visitors with the needed product and service information. There are still a few bugs that need to be worked out but we are definitely happy with the changes.

I would like to take the time and introduce myself. My name is Mike and I am the new owner of this blog. Sad to say since Vas did such a good job with this blog but the focus of topics will change and be geared more towards rants and rumblings of my business life. I will cover topics that deal with business news, marketing, promotional events, trade show shows, and general business.
I would like to provide you with some background information about myself. I currently work as a digital marketer within the exhibit industry. My primary job role is create leads and revenue through various online marketing ventures. In addition to online marketing I have background in web design. I am currently working on a project for Exhibe Outdoor Displays. Although the website is not completed yet I definitely feel that my design is cutting edge and will look great upon completion.
